An illiterate - yet profoundly wise - old man once told me that he lived his life producing a movie every day, and watching it fully at night before sleeping. It sounded weird, and technically impossible. Surprised by his exotic teaching, he asked me to kindly follow his advice, and promised that I would never regret it.
He was actually right.
From the moment we wake up, until we fall asleep, a day is lived and a movie is produced. If we take the time to watch it from the very beginning until its end, we would:
- Relive the moments we have spent;
- Underline the mistakes we have done;
- And absorb the lessons we have learned.
In other words, this would help us figure out our missteps, in order to gain and retain the lessons of life.
Produce your daily movie, and watch it again. You will never regret it.
