A Brescian Call, for Pirlo's Freshness!

Pirlo is a typical Italian apéritif containing white wine (usually prosecco or Franciacorta), Campari (or Aperol) and seltzer; It's drunk before dinner with appetizers at happy hour.

Pirlo was born in Brescia and its name comes from circular movement that makes Campari (or Aperol) falling into white whine ("pirlo" means "fall" in dialect of Brescia).
